Saag is how my grandmother fed all of us yummy greens and we never saw it coming. This earthy, spicy and tangy dip is perfect on a bowl of warm rice & feta or over a cold bed of lettuce. It pairs well with Sweet potatoes, rotisserie chicken and spaghetti. We eat it at home with warm

sweet potato & cauliflower in a creamy tomato cashew base.  Pair

cauliflower or scrambled eggs.
