Want an easy simmer sauce? Use any of Niramaya’s dips with a liquid of your choice such as coconut cream, stock or broth, and use it to simmer your favorite meats. Simply sear your proteins in an oven safe pan such as cast iron, add your liquid and dip, and pop into an oven to slow cook.  Or for a delicious vegan option, use Cauliflower steaks! Complete this easy meal with any sides you desire!
